Tips to Stay Healthy While Maintaining a Busy Schedule
Through exams, it can be difficult to worry about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, as there is so much to keep up with. Although schedules become quite hectic, it is important to keep a healthy balance to stay healthy, happy and motivated during this time. To stay healthy a good balance should be kept between several factors of your everyday life including:
Good sleep
Seeing friends and being social
Eating healthy
Working out
Good Sleep
To be productive each day it is important that you are in bed at a reasonable hour. Gaining 7-8 hours of sleep each night will allow you to be happy, and study well which will contribute to your overall health during midterm season. Although it can be hard to go to bed early when you are so busy, a tip to do this is to set an alarm each night around the same time and make sure you start to wind-down and go to bed around then.

Being Social
Although school is probably your #1 priority around midterms, it is important to make time to do things that will make you happy. A night out every so often will allow you to take your mind off of work, and to destress and maintain your motivation. Some fun places to go with your friends includes Prohibition, Jacks, or even to Moxies for a drink and good food!

Healthy Eating
Making sure to maintain a good nutritious balance during midterms can be very difficult when you don’t have as much time to focus on cooking. Making sure you eat enough, and that you are having enough nutritious food not only will help with your overall happiness, but it can improve your studying. Try Kosmos on Richmond Street for a healthy, yet delicious meal.

Being Active
Maintaining your fitness and exercise can be very time consuming during exams, but it is very important. It can relieve you from stress, and make you feel much better and more motivated. It is a great break from focusing on work and can clear your mind. It can also be fun to workout with friends as a study break. Even going for a brisk 10 minutes a day can get your heart rate going! Some places we recommend in London include: Orange Theory, Studio Lagree, and the Western Rec Centre, where many different classes are offered for all levels of activity.

We hope these help you during a stressful time in school!! :)
